Automating a Ticket System w/Spiceworks (Step-By-Step Guide)
Today we used the ticketing system Spiceworks to make automated assignments.
In this case, we automatically assigned/escalated issues that end-users faced with emails to the Security Team.
Some of the typical issues that end-users face when dealing with email could be:
